This cutting board set from the English company, Joseph Joseph, consists of a practical stand with four colour-coded plastic cutting boards.

The cutting boards have a smart colour code system: red for meat, blue for fish, green for vegetables and white for already-cooked food. By using different cutting boards, you avoid the risk of cross-contamination of food, which can happen if you use the same cutting board for both raw meat and vegetables.

The practical stand makes the cutting boards very accessible and possible to store by the sink. The different symbols stick out of the stand and show which cutting board matches which raw material. The symbols also give you a useful handle that makes it easy to remove a cutting board from the stand.

The cutting boards have anti-slip feet on both sides and stand firm when you slice raw materials. They also have slightly raised edges that stop fruit juice, tomato juice and other liquids from running down the kitchen counter.
