With the CURA® weighted blanket you fall asleep faster and increase the quality of sleep. The weight of the blanket gives an increased sense of security, which makes you relax and helps you sleep through the night.

The weighted blanket from CURA® of Sweden is a registered medical device by the Swedish Medical Products Agency and has many positive sleeping benefits. The blanket makes you relax and fall asleep faster. The weighted blanket makes you keep still and the embracing effect provides a more peaceful sleep, allowing you to sleep all through the night.

Use the cosy blanket in the couch when watching a movie or at breakfast when you watch the morning news. The blanket is made of multiple layers of cotton fabric with several individual sections filled with polyester and silicium beads.

The weighted blanket is available in several weights: 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 kg. It is all up to individual preference but the recommendation is that you choose a quilt that corresponds to about 10-15% of your body weight. For example, if you weigh 70 kg, choose a blanket that weighs between 7-11 kg. However, this should only be seen as a recommendation as some people prefer heavier quilts.

The blanket should only be used by people who are able to handle the blanket on their own. Always use a duvet cover. The weighted blanket is machine washable in 60 °C and should be hung to dry in the open or in a drying cabinet. Do not tumble dry.
