The Drosselmeyer tea strainer is an elegantly designed tea strainer with an integrated spoon, that is perfect when you want to brew a good cup with the finest tea leaves. This premium version is made entirely of stainless steel and is available in gold and silver colours.

With the integrated spoon, you can easily scoop up the tea leaves. Then slide the perforated lid and put the whole tea strainer in your cup of hot tea water.

The perforated lid has very small holes that only the hot tea water can get through. This means that you can also season with the finest tea leaves without getting leaves in the tea.

When your tea has finished brewing, strain the water towards the edge of the cup. Then you can place the tea strainer on a mat or directly on the table. The spoon itself is unperforated, so there is minimal dripping.

The tea strainer is intended for one cup. However, the spoon holds enough tea to brew two cups.

The lid slides forwards or backwards with the help of the thumb, and can also be removed completely when washing the strainer. The tea strainer can be washed in the dishwasher.

The tea is designed by Erik von Schoultz and produced by the Swedish company Drosselmeyer.
