Turfquick lettuce seed mix provides an easy way to grow your own lettuces. The lettuce seeds are uniformly distributed in the 100% biodegradable cellulose textile. In only a few weeks the textile will have broken down and be replaced by growing lettuce.

The lettuce mix contains rocket, spinach, mâche salad, green lettuce and red lettuce. The lettuce mix can be harvested already after 3-6 weeks, perfect for a salad or to be eaten as is.

The textile is 1 square metre in size and can easily be placed in the veggie patch or be cut to any size. The dense fabric protects the seeds from hungry birds and heavy rain fall. The textile retains water well, meaning the need for watering is less. Simply make sure to keep the textile moist and it will soon break down and be replaced by tasty lettuce leaves.
