- Cut straight slices of bread
- Crumb tray at the bottom
- Foldable design
With a bread slicer, you can cut perfect slices of baguettes, loaves and other breads. The bread slicer makes it easy to cut straight slices of the same size, and after use you can fold the bread slicer to take up little space in your drawer.
Cut straight slices
The holes between the templates on the sides of the bread slicer guide the knife correctly and help you cut straight fine slices of bread. Hold the bread against the back of the machine as you cut and it will lie still, giving you nice slices to serve or put in the bread basket.
Vary the thickness of the bread slices
You can vary the thickness of the discs by moving the backing along the wooden bars on the side. The wooden strips (the sticking up pieces of wood) have three different widths; at the back they are 1.2 cm wide, in the middle they are 1 cm wide and at the front they are 0.8 cm wide.
When you want to slice the whole loaf to the same thickness, move the backing to the thickness you want. Hold the bread against the backing and cut a few slices of bread. Then remove the sliced bread, put the bread against the backing and cut again.
Crumb tray at the bottomThere are holes in the bottom of the bread slicer so that breadcrumbs and seeds from the bread can fall into the crumb tray underneath. The crumb tray makes it easier to collect the crumbs and empty them into the bin.
Foldable, takes up little spaceThe bread slicer folds to save space after use. Remove the back and fold down the sides, then place everything in the crumb tray. The bread slicer is only 5.5 cm high when folded, making it easier to fit in your kitchen drawer.
Made of bambooThe bread slicer is made of durable bamboo. If necessary, you can rinse the bread slicer under running water. The bread slicer should not be washed in the dishwasher.
