The cheese holder is pushed into the bottom of the cheese and rests against the rear handle. The handle provides a good and stable grip on the cheese and you can either push the cheese holder in from the side or from the back of the cheese.

The Swedish-made cheese holder is produced from food-approved plastic and is available in several different colours.
