SmartaSaker.com sells goods via the Internet to private individuals and companies / organizations within EU. To shop with us you must have turned 18 years.
The products we sell can be used in Europe and they have a user manual when the product requires it, either in physical or digital form. Usual guarantees are provided on products where the warranty is applicable and any guarantees are valid within Europe and only for first-time buyers. More information can be found in the respective product's instruction manual.
Ordering is done on our website www.smartasaker.com. If you have any questions about how to order, you are welcome to call customer service on +46 8 736 09 99 or email email@example.com. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree to register name and address information in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason cannot be made, and if you have made multiple orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.
Prices and product images
All prices are stated in EUR including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on the shipping option you choose when ordering.
SmartaSaker.com reserves itself for any errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, SmartaSaker.com reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes to technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in advertisements. We reserve the right to correct or cancel incorrect orders.
In connection with your registration and / or order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service you can expect from us. According to the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to receive the information we have registered on you. If you believe it to be incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Feel free to contact our customer service and we will help you.
The information you provide about yourself is used by SmartaSaker.com and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to any third party. SmartaSaker.com uses information from the customer register for mailing about our products. You receive our newsletter as you go through the checkout, you can also subscribe to our newsletter when you register as a customer. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link in the newsletter or by contacting our customer service.

Shipping and delivery
That package will be shipped with DHL or Schenker. As soon as the package has left our warehouse you will receive a notification via email or sms where you can follow your package.
At checkout you can choose between payment methods card payment with Visa, MC / Eurocard, American Express and PayPal.
If you wish to return your order you can return it to us within 60 days from delivery.
Contact our brilliant customer service, firstname.lastname@example.org, if you wish to return your order or parts of it.
Always contact us before sending anything back.
You can buy a return label from us which you can use when returning the item/s. For EU customers the price is € 8.
Note that all returns must be sent back with DHL or Schenker.
If you regret the purchase and want to return the item, we offer 60 days open purchase. In case of unused product and unbroken packaging, we will refund the entire product value. Open purchase does not apply to used goods. Examples of products that cannot be returned are: in-ear headphones, nasal filters, toilet brushes, batteries, quilts and hygiene items. If the packaging is broken and SmartaSaker believes that there has been a reduction in value, we have the opportunity to make a deduction in relation to the decrease in value when we repay your money. We of course inform about this in connection with the return.
Returns are normally processed within 14 days. When we have processed the return, your money will be returned using the same payment method as you chose when ordering.

Company orders are sent from our warehouse in Sweden and the sales are made from SmartaSaker i Stockholm AB with VAT number SE556702561301. For companies with a VAT number that is approved for transactions between countries in the EU, orders should be sent to us by email, only then it is possible to get an invoice withou VAT.
Warranty & Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support via firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product. This also applies if you have any questions in regards to the warranty of the product you have purchased. No extra shipping charges will be applied if we replace a faulty item. If for some reason we do not succeed in finding a solution that satisfies you, you have the possibility to submit a complaint via the EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution Portal. (NB: You can only use the portal if you live in the EU or in Norway, Iceland or Lichtenstein) The portal handles disputes that have occurred in cross-border e-commerce.
