PureFlame X is a luxurious and rechargeable, electric lighter that you can use to light candles and turn on the gas stove. Instead of gas, the lighter has rechargeable batteries that produce a warm, electric arc at the front of the lighter, that you use to light up with.

The arc is very hot and causes the wick of the candle to start burning. You can light candles from all angles and do not risk burning yourself when you light scented or warm candles in tall tealight holders.

To activate the lighter, set the ON / OFF button on the underside to ON. Then slide the slider control in the middle of the lighter, to activate the two electrically conductive points between which the arc ""jumps"". The arc is lit as long as you hold the slider forward and it goes out automatically after 7 seconds of use.

Tip! Aim for the base of the wick when you light the candles. The sooty top of the wick can be difficult to light if it has already burned out.

A fully charged lighter can be used about 50-60 times before the lighter needs to be charged. Use the supplied Micro USB cable and charge the lighter in a USB socket. You can also use a USB adapter (purchased separately) and charge the lighter in an electrical outlet. After about 2-3 hours, the lamp on the underside changes colour from red to green and the lighter is fully charged.

Maintenance and safety
The rechargeable lithium batteries work better when charged from time to time. Charge the lighter at least every 6 months to ensure that the batteries are not discharged for a long time.

NOTE! The electric arc gets very hot! Never touch the arc as you can both burn yourself, and receive a shock. As an extra safety precaution, the arc goes out automatically after 7 seconds of use, or if it gets too hot.

PureFlame X is made of recycled material and has a polished metal surface.
