This flour duster is an incredibly handy tool that helps you quickly roll out an even layer of flour on your baking surface. The flour duster is perfect for when you are baking pastries, bread or biscuits and it works with all kinds of flour.
With a flour duster you can prepare even a large baking surface in no time. Fill the long container with flour and put the lid on. Then roll the flour duster over your baking surface. As the wheels roll, the duster shakes the flour down and the stainless steel netting under the flour container spreads an even dusting of flour over the entire surface.
If you feel that you need a bit more flour once you've started kneading the dough, you can simply roll it out without getting any dough stuck in your bag of flour.
When you have finished baking, attach the lid to the bottom of the flour duster. The bottom lid locks the wheels and stops any more flour from being spread. The top and bottom lids can both be removed to clean the flour duster or change the kind of flour you are using. All parts are dishwasher safe.
