The Bolley exercise ball is a patented exercise and rehabilitation tool that helps train balance muscles, concentration, reflexes and movement abilities in a fun and entertaining way. Bolley can be used by people of any age and is perfect for the home, in schools, at rehabilitation clinics, as well as in hospitals and seniors' homes.

You can head or kick Bolley like a football, throw and catch it like a handball, bounce it like a basketball, play it like a volleyball or use Bolley like a boxing ball. Exercise based on your own abilities and the ball will always come back to you.

Attach one of the two Velcro attachments to the ceiling or a door frame. Then tightly fasten the exercise ball against the Velcro attachment. Spin the elastic cord to the desired length and start exercising!

The length of the cord is easy to adjust and you can exercise standing, sitting or lying down. The soft foam ball does not cause any injury if hit by it. Bolley is as fun to use alone as it is together with someone else.
