This clever microwave cover protects your microwave from food splashes, helps spread the heat evenly and can even be folded flat so that it is easy to store. The collapsible microwave cover is made of food-grade, BPA-free plastic and is only two centimetres high when collapsed.
When fully expanded the cover is approximately 8 centimetres high, 27 centimetres wide and fits most standard size microwaves. Place the expanded cover over the plate or bowl while heating food in the microwave. The cover protects the microwave against food splashes and also helps spread the heat more evenly.
The cover has small ventilation holes on top for the steam to escape, and it also has a handle so that you can easily grab hold of it before removing your food. Once you have heated up your food, the cover can easily be collapsed and is then only two centimetres high so that you can easily store it in a cupboard or kitchen drawer.
