Smart hand sanitizer dispenser for contactless disinfection of hands and objects at home or at work. The hand sanitizer dispenser's sensor detects when you place your hand, mobile phone or keys over the sensor and sprays the hand sanitizer in a fine mist.
The hand sanitizer dispenser is powered by a rechargeable battery, and you switch the machine on and off by holding down the ON button for about 2 seconds.
ON - Sensor mode
When you switch on the hands-on dispenser, it automatically switches to sensor mode. In sensor mode, the machine sprays hand disinfectant when you place a hand or object over the IR sensor (at maximum 15 second intervals). A green LED lights up with a steady green light when the hands-on dispenser is in sensor mode.
Switch to repeat timer
You can also switch to a repeat timer mode by briefly pressing the ON button. In the repeat mode, the lamp oscillates between red, yellow and green light. The machine automatically sprays hand sanitizer for 15 seconds, after which the machine is paused for 3 minutes.
This cycle is repeated until you switch off, or switch back to the sensor mode by briefly pressing the ON button again. This mode is more useful for a permanent installation where, for example, you want to be able to disinfect a handle automatically.
Charging
Charge the hand sanitizer dispenser using the Micro USB cable included. The light flashes red during charging and is solid when the battery is fully charged.
Battery life
The battery is fully charged after about 3 hours of charging. A fully charged battery provides approximately 500 sprays or 4 hours of continuous operation.
Refilling hand sanitizer
Disconnect the base plate from the hand sanitizer dispenser and unscrew the hand sanitizer container. Fill the container with liquid (not gel) 75% hand sanitizer and place the cotton cylinder back in the hole on the base. The spring should sit in the other end of the cotton cylinder with the wider part facing down towards the bottom of the container.
Use liquid hand sanitizer only
The hand sanitizer dispenser is designed to be used only with liquid hand alcohol with 75% alcohol. Do not use gel.
Storage and cleaning
Never store the hand sanitizer dispenser near open flames, cigarettes or strong sunlight. If necessary, you can clean the sensor with a soft and damp cloth. Be careful with the metal part on the top as it is sensitive and can be damaged if you press it.
