The Kupu is an innovative optical fire alarm that features an award-winning Finnish design to truly protect you and your home. The Kupu received the Red Dot Design award in 2011 and the reasons for such accolades are clear: its sleek and slim design combined with its fabric covered face make it an elegant part of your interior decor, lending your home both security and style.
The Kupu comes with everything you need right away: lithium batteries are included, along with mounting screws and double-sided adhesive tape for quick mounting. The entire face of the fire alarm serves as the test button and the supplied batteries have a 10-year life span (batteries are not replaceable).
The fire alarm has been CE marked and approved according to the applicable Swedish safety standards.
