With this parmesan grater, you can grate, serve and store parmesan in a smart way. The parmesan grater has a removable stainless steel grater, a collection tray at the bottom and a tight-fitting lid that keeps the parmesan cheese fresh when you store the leftovers in the fridge.

The parmesan grater is adapted for triangular-shaped parmesan cheese that you can buy in most supermarkets. The transparent lid fits tightly and prevents air from getting in and drying out the cheese.

The removable grater inside the storage box is made of stainless steel and is very sharp. You can either grate the cheese while the grater is still on the container or remove the grater if you want to grate the cheese directly over the food.

If you grate the cheese while the grater is still on the container, the grated cheese is collected in the collection tray underneath. This allows you to serve the grated Parmesan cheese straight from the tray. What is not eaten can be put back in the fridge and used the next time you want to use the Parmesan.

For parmesan and pecorino
The lid has Parmesan printed on it, but the grater can of course also be used for grating and storing pecorino and other similar hard cheeses with the same triangular shape.
