The steam stone moisturises dry sauna heat and provides a more comfortable and gentle evaporation. The stone is placed on top of the heater and filled with water when the sauna reaches the desired temperature. When the water evaporates, it gives the sauna an even and pleasant humidity. To further enhance the sauna experience, you can also add essential oils to the water.
