The steam stones moisturise dry sauna heat and provide a more comfortable and gentle evaporation. The stones are placed on top of the heater and filled with water when the sauna reaches the desired temperature. When the water evaporates, it gives the sauna an even and pleasant humidity. To further enhance the sauna experience, you can also add essential oils to the water.
