With the FabPatch Reflective patches, you can easily repair small holes in your clothes while also adding a reflective surface. These self-adhesive patches function as small fabric patches and can be quickly rubbed onto holes and tears in your clothes without the need for sewing or ironing. FabPatch Reflective is sold in a 4-pack containing 2 reflective patches in silver reflective fabric and 2 patches in black reflective fabric.

Easy to attach to clothing and textiles

The self-adhesive patches are convenient to attach as you simply rub them directly onto the garment. You can use them to repair most clothing items you wear both indoors and outdoors. The patches are soft but quite static, so they are not as suitable for use on extremely stretchy fabrics.

Reflective surface

In addition to mending torn clothes, the patches also make nice reflective details to wear on jackets, backpacks, or pants. The reflective surface reflects headlights and makes you more visible when you are out in the dark.

Application of FabPatch reflective patch

Peel off a small piece of the protective paper and place the patch on the garment. Remove the rest of the protective paper and place the whole patch on the garment. Avoid touching the self-adhesive surface. Complete the repair by using a spoon and rubbing hard on the patch for about 1-2 minutes. For larger holes, you can reinforce the repair by placing one of the smaller patches on the inside.

Machine washable at 40 degrees

The patch should be allowed to set for 3 days before you stretch out or wash the garment for the first time. After that, you can wash the patches together with the garment in the washing machine at a maximum of 40 °C. Do not use bleach, fabric softener, vinegar, or gall soap. The patches can also be ironed and tumble dried. Note that the reflective surface weakens with each wash.

Durability

Depending on the material you attach the patches to, they can last on the garment for several years in the best-case scenario. However, the patches have poorer adhesion on clothing that contains chemicals, softeners, or have a surface coating but will still often remain in place through multiple washes.

After some time of use, the edges may become a bit wrinkled. This is completely natural, and you can either try to press them back and iron them in place again or trim the edges with scissors.

The reflective patches are sold in a 4-pack containing two smaller patches and two larger patches in silver and black reflective fabric. The large patches can be trimmed to the desired size if necessary.

NOTE! The reflective patches are not classified as approved personal reflectors and do not replace an approved reflector. The reflective patches should only be used as a supplement to CE-marked reflectors.
