The rear beams of the mould are 2 cm high and feature three longitudinal markings to make an even and thick base. The top of the beams have markings every 5 mm to make the slices easy to cut. The pieces become evenly sized and easy to wrap in paper. This makes your baked goods a pleasure to wrap so you can present them as gifts to a friend or loved one! Or you can lay them out on a platter for your guests and family to enjoy at their leisure.
The beams come as a set of four and are available in two sizes: 30 cm x 30 cm and 15 cm x 15 cm. The beams can be pushed together or disassembled as you desire to alter the size of your foods. The different lengths are sold separately but can be combined with each other.
The beams are made of food-grade silicone and can withstand temperatures between -50° C and 230° C making them ideal for the oven, microwave, and freezer.
