This Swedish-made portioning funnel is an innovative and straightforward tool that makes it simple to dispense butter, batter and sauces. The small mouth of the funnel makes it easy to fill even the smallest moulds with a high level of precision while also cutting down on spills and messes.
The bottom of the funnel features a ball-shaped stop that blocks the mouth. When you press the handle, the ball is removed from the mouth and the contents in the tunnel can pour through. The system provides very precise control over how much batter or sauce is served out each time. The funnel is completely waterproof and is therefore suitable for most liquid fluids.
The serving funnel is incredibly useful in making candy, cookies and in preparing all sorts of desserts or garnishing dainty pastries. The funnel holds 0.5 litres, can withstand temperatures up to 260° C. The funnel is also dishwasher-safe.
