The GP ReCyko E821 allows you to charge up to two batteries at a time, using only four pairs of AA or AAA batteries. Charging is done in pairs, which means that the batteries should always be inserted in the same number. The charger is equipped with a micro-USB input and works with a standard 5V/2A adapter, which is common for mobile phone chargers.
