The travel alarm from Deltronic is a travel optical smoke alarm and burglar alarm in one. The smoke alarm is convenient to use when you're travelling and makes sure you wake up if a fire starts or someone tries to enter your room.
The travel smoke alarm is easy to take with you and perfectly suitable for temporary use or short stays away from home, such as overnight stays in hotel rooms, in tents or cabins on camping holidays or overnight stays on a boat or in a caravan.
Always hang the smoke alarm as high as possible in the room. With the hanging plate, you can easily hang the smoke alarm over a door, mirror or picture frame in the room. You can also screw the plate to the wall or ceiling if you want to use the smoke alarm at a more permanent home.
With the included door alarm, you can also make sure that no one breaks into your room without you noticing. Connect the plug on the side of the smoke alarm and clamp the two metal pins to the door frame. If the door is opened, the pins fold out and the alarm goes off.
The travel smoke alarm reacts quickly and gives off a loud signal that measures 85 db at a distance of 3 metres. It has two different signals for fire and burglary.
The smoke alarm comes with a 9V battery. Connect the battery before using the smoke alarm. Even though the travel smoke alarm announces when the battery is starting to run out, you should test the smoke alarm regularly.
The fire alarm is approved according to EU standard SS-EN 14604: 2005.
