This thin bamboo cutting board from the English company Joseph Joseph has an innovative, foldable design that makes it easy to place what you have chopped into the frying pan or a salad. This thin cutting board is easy to use and the silicone feet on the underside keep it stable on the kitchen counter.

This cutting board is gentle on knives. Because of the way you can fold the edges of the cutting board it is easier to pour raw ingredients into the frying pan, a pot, or a bowl, helping to avoid dropping food everywhere.

The density in the bamboo material gives this cutting board fewer pores for greater water resistance and it is able to repel knife marks better than the normal wooden cutting boards.

The bamboo cutting board comes in large and small models.
