Alligator is an innovative onion chopper that helps you chop anything so that you can be faster and more efficient in the kitchen! Three exchangeable blades and a practical collector that collects everything you chop are included with the Alligator onion chopper.
The robust stainless steel construction makes this onion chopper the perfect assistant, whether at home or in a professional kitchen. Place whatever you want to chop in the Alligator's mouth and push the sharp blades down. The onion chopper's crossed knives can easily cut through any kind of vegetables.
The exchangeable blades enable you to choose which size you want your dice to be. The largest blade grid (12 mm x 12 mm) is great for chopping chips, cucumber sticks or carrot sticks. The smallest blade grid (3 mm x 3 mm) is perfect when you want finely chopped garlic, chilli, herbs or ginger. The middle grid (6 mm x 6 mm) is probably the most commonly used and is perfect for onions, vegetables, and anything else you want to dice quickly.
The onion chopper can easily be disassembled and cleaned under a hot tap or in the dishwasher. The blades are made of stainless steel and the collector is made of durable BPA-free Tritan plastic. The solid construction is guaranteed to last for many years and the Alligator comes with a two year warranty.
