The sharp grating surface sits in the middle of the large spoon, that captures your gratings. When you have finished grating, you can easily mix what you have grated directly onto food, or into drinks, with the large spoon.
With the grater spoon, you can grate everything from ginger, turmeric, garlic and chilli, to skins from lime, dried fruits, as well as whole nutmeg and rock salt. The sturdy handle gives you a good grip and the sharp grater shreds in both directions.
