Souper Cubes are sturdy silicone freezer trays with portion-sized compartments suitable for freezing food, sauces and leftovers. Available in three different models, they have a tight-fitting lid that protects food and makes them stackable in the freezer.

With a freezer tray, you can prepare food boxes and make the most of your leftovers by freezing them in portion-sized pieces. The portion-sized pieces are perfect to heat up for a quick meal after work and are easy for the kids to heat up themselves in the microwave when they get home from school.

Sturdy silicone moulds with reinforced edge

The thick silicone walls and the steel-reinforced rim make the freezer form extra stable to place in the freezer. The transparent lid protects food from odour and frost damage, and allows you to stack items on top of the silicone mould.

Heat-resistant silicone up to 212 °C degrees

The silicone mould is ovenproof up to 212 °C. You can put hot food directly into the heat-resistant mould and filling lines inside the moulds make it easy to freeze equal amounts in each compartment. Allow the food to cool slightly before replacing the lid and placing the mould in the freezer. This prevents the heat from rising in the freezer.

The silicone mould can also be used as a baking tin for bread, cakes and other baked goods. Put the batter in the mould and slide it into the oven. NOTE! The lid is not heat-resistant and should not be used in the oven.

The freezer is available in three sizes

The Souper Cubes freezers are available in three different models. Choose the model according to the size of the portions you want to freeze. 

Food freezer, 0.5 cup (about 125 ml)

The 0.5 cup freezer has 6 compartments, each of which holds 0.5 cups (about 125 ml). Perfect for storing sauces, pesto, stir-fries, stock, broth, frozen herbs and the last of the wine in the wine bottle.

The 1 cup freezer has 4 compartments, each of which holds 1 cup (about 250 ml). Useful for smaller portions of food, soups, stews and fruits.

The 2 cup freezer has 2 compartments, each of which holds 2 cups (about 500 ml). The large compartments allow you to freeze large portions of lasagne, lentil stew, soups and any other food you want to freeze.
