Clean and wipe the inside of the crutches' armrests from dirt, grease and dust. Then peel off the protective plastic from the sticky side and hold the gel support between your thumb and forefinger. Position the gel support straight and in the middle of the upper edge of the armrest and stick it with the widest side facing up. Finally, fold out the sides and press the gel support firmly into place so that you can read the MyAddOn text.Renewing adhesion
Over time, dirt, dust and moisture can cause the gel seats to detach from the armrest. You can then easily renew the adhesion of the gel supports by rinsing them under running water with mild hand soap. Then let them air dry, do not use a towel. We recommend replacing the forearm supports after one year of use. Please note that UV light can cause the text and gel to fade. The forearm supports should not be washed in a washing machine or washed in a dishwasher. Store in temperatures between -25 °C to 75 °C degrees.
