Track your car, motor-home or boat engine on your phone, tablet and computer with the GPS tracker transmitter MaxiTracker from the Swedish company SweTrack. MaxiTracker has up to 3 years of standby time and is waterproofed to withstand dirt, wet and marine environments.

The MaxiTracker is small enough to fit in your pocket and is easily attached with a magnetic bracket on any metal surface of the vehicle. No cables needed. It is easy to change the location of the tracker or move it to another vehicle.

The tracker updates its position every two minutes when in motion and you can track the position in real time in the Swetrack live app. The app is designed for your mobile and tablet. You can also track the tracker on your computer. All positions are saved and you can access the full movement history any time over a selected period of time.

You can also set up an unlimited number of geographical fences in the app that send a push notification to your phone as soon as the MaxiTracker leaves a certain area.

You can add an unlimited number of trackers to the app. The app shows all active trackers on the map and you can also see the current battery level. When the vehicle is stationary, the tracker converts to standby mode to save power.

The tracker is easily charged with the accompanying USB cable. The standby time is up to 3 years while in constant use. MaxiTracker has a battery life of 100 hours. The battery life varies depending on how often the vehicle is in motion. See examples of battery life below (applies to the vehicle in motion).

In the MaxiTracker there is a pre-installed SIM card via that is connected to SweTrack's website. For £4.99 a month, you can get unlimited tracking in the EU, Norway and Switzerland. The SIM card automatically switches between the networks and selects the operator with the best coverage (in Sweden the SIM card switches between the Telia, Tele2 and Telenor networks).

You can opt in and out of the service when you want to and only pay for the months you use. Perfect if you want to track your boat only over the summer or use the tracker for a few months of the year when you're away on holiday.
