For outings and power cuts

With their long power duration, the solar lanterns play a major role in the event of a power cut. The bright solar lanterns are also perfect for camping, hiking and exploring nature. The attachment system makes them easy to hang from your tent or a branch, and they can also be fixed to the outside of your pack when you head to your next campsite.

Solar panel recharges the battery during the day

The large solar panel on the top charges the battery during the day and stores the solar energy into power that you can use later in the evening. The solar power is handy when you don't have access to an electrical outlet and provides a great way to top up the battery during the day.

The solar panel charges the battery best when it is in direct sunlight, but can also charge when it is cloudy. Using only solar cells, the battery charges in about 16-20 hours in direct sunlight (longer if it is cloudy). With the included USB cable, the battery charges in about 2-4 hours in an electrical outlet.

Emergency charger for your phone

The solar lanterns' internal Powerbanks can charge most phones, cameras, head torches and other equipment you take out into the wild. Please note that the built-in battery differs in strength between the two different models.

The solar lanterns are available in two models, PackLite Max (200mAh) and PackLite Titan (4000mAh). The two models are similar in size, but differ in performance and features.

Solar lantern with Powerbank, PackLite Max 2000mAh

The PackLite Max solar lantern is a great lantern to have in case of power outages and on campsites, day trips and overnight stays. The lantern's bright light (up to 150 lumens) has up to 50 hours of burn time and can easily light up a tent. The built-in power bank allows you to charge your head torch several times or most phones about 1 time.

Shines with white light

The PackLite Max illuminates with white light up to 150 lumens in brightness. The lantern is ideal for illuminating a family-sized tent, navigating in the dark or reading.

The brightness can be adjusted in 5 modes (lumens in brackets): Highest (150), High (75), Medium (18), Low (15), Low-flashing (15).

2000mAh Powerbank, 50 hours of burn time

The built-in battery in the PackLite Max can be used as a power bank to charge your phone, head torch or other electronic equipment. The battery is enough to charge most phones 1 time.

Solar lantern with Powerbank, PackLite Titan 4000mAh

The PackLite Titan solar lantern is the more powerful model of the two LuminAID lanterns and has both white and red light. The Titan is very bright (up to 300 lumens) and can light up a large tent or campsite. Titan also has a stronger battery that provides up to 100 hours of power and the ability to charge your phone multiple times.

The PackLite Titan lantern is great for longer power cuts and multi-day excursions in nature. The clever twist opening also makes the lantern more hygienic to share among several people, as you don't have to inflate it with your mouth.

Unique twist opening

The Titan has a unique twist opening and can be inflated quickly. To inflate the lantern, first open the valve at the bottom. Then turn the lantern by holding the bottom and the top. The lantern quickly fills with air and expands into a sturdy lantern that can stand on its own. Close the valve as long as you are using the lantern and open it again before you fold it.

Illuminates with white and red light

PackLite Titan shines red and white light up to 300 lumens. Being able to easily switch between the two colours gives you more choices as red light is often better suited for night time use. The red light is kinder to the eyes and is great for evening reading, when you need to go out or want to avoid waking your partner.

4000mAh Powerbank, 100 hours battery life

The PackLite Titan has a battery capacity of 4000mAh, providing up to 100 hours of battery life. The 4000mAh battery is also capable of charging most phones 150-200% (1-2 times). The larger solar panel compensates for the larger battery, allowing you to charge the Titan as quickly as the Max model.
