The headband with integrated head protection from OICAN features a soft and flexible shock-absorbing technology that provides an additional protective layer at the front and back of the head. Its thin and conforming design sits comfortably without restricting natural movement. The headband is developed for everyday situations, play, and movement, made from soft and durable materials. It can be used by both children and adults.
Protection against minor falls and bumps
Inside the headband is LAYR, which is a unique protection technology that is only 5 mm thin. The protective elements absorb and disperse parts of the force during minor falls and bumps. The protection is discreetly integrated over the forehead and back of the head, two of the most impact-prone areas of the head, without compromising comfort or fit.
Soft and flexible fit
Made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane, the headband is both soft and flexible. It fits comfortably on the head and is elastic enough to accommodate different head shapes without becoming too tight or slipping off. The combination of cotton and elastane also makes it durable and pleasant to wear for extended periods. The headband is machine washable at 30°C.Size measurements

OICAN is the result of extensive research and advanced technology, developed through close collaboration between sisters Sofie and Sarah Hellström, material experts, designers, and engineers. The cap contains a carefully tested protective material that has been tested by RISE. OICAN is also classified as personal protective equipment according to PPE category Ⅱ and meets the requirements of EU Regulation (EU) 2016/425.Important to know
