A kebab cage is a long narrow grill basket with a lid that you can use instead of skewers when grilling on the barbecue or over an open fire. The set contains two skewers baskets that are perfect to use when grilling vegetables, seafood, sausages and smaller pieces of meat.
You use the kebab cage in much the same way as skewers. However, you don't need to thread any skewers and don't have to pull the grilled food off the skewer, meaning you can serve it immediately.
Smooth grill surface
To open the lid, pull back the lock on the handle. Place what you want to grill in the basket and then close the lid. Push the lock forward on the handle and place the kebab cage on the grill. The lock keeps the lid closed, which means that you can turn and shake the skewer basket so that the ingredients are grilled on all sides.The grill basket is made of stainless steel. The handle is made of wood and should be washed by hand. In the package you also get a recipe folder (in English) with some useful barbecue recipes.
